This is a round, shallow dish adorned with cast holly leaves and berries. The holly leaves and berries are made with glass powder which is put into a mould a tiny amount at a time, with drops of water and constantly tapped to get rid of bubbles. When the mould is full, it is then frozen. When fully frozen, the daisies are popped out onto the kiln shelf and fired.
It can be a trinket dish for jewellery, used to enhance a Christmas table display or even used to hold a mince pie!
It measures 8cm in diameter.
