WORKSHOPS

I regularly hold workshops throughout the year. However, these are never held in my studio because it’s just not big enough. This means I have to rely on the wonderful people out there who have lovely big venues and allow me to hold my workshops with them.

Any workshops I have planned will be listed here. Note that links to book will take you on to the hosts’ websites. 

All courses I run are suitable for beginners, and/or those who just want to have a bit of fun trying something new. I will teach you all you need to know on how to cut glass, and will assist you whenever you need it, either technically or artistically. All materials are included in the cost, along with drinks and snacks, unless otherwise stated. 

Please be aware that I have to take your work home with me to fire in my kilns. This means you will have to collect it from me or the location the workshop is hosted. I am happy to post out to you but you will need to pay for the the postage for this.

Fused glass lantern course

Come and make your own glass lantern. Whether this is for Christmas, or just for you to hang up and enjoy throughout the year, you can be assured you will love what you make! I love this course because you make 4 individual windows, therefore getting the chance to really play with different styles and materials.

Make 4 Glass Coasters

Come and make some fused glass coasters. You can make individual ones, or create a set – it’s completely up to you! What’s more, after your creative appetites have been sated, you will go on to enjoy a Tudor Farmhouse Afternoon Tea to finish off the afternoon. Perfect.

3-way Christmas Decoration Workshop

For this workshop, I will be collaborating with Rachel Shilston from Inspiring Creativity, and Jo Snowdon from Jo Snowdon Stained Glass.  You will create 3 fabulous decorations/hangings in fused glass, stained glass, and mosaic. More details to follow.
