Shipping Policy

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

​At Black Cat Glass Designs, basic postage is charged at £3.50 per order. If your order comes to £30.00 or over, you qualify for free shipping. Just add FREEOVER30 to the payment page.

If the product is in stock we will despatch it within 48 hours of your order placement or on clearance of payment.  If for some reason we cannot do this, we will let you know within 24 hours of receiving your order.   Please note that some products will take longer to be sent out to you if they are not in stock or are commissioned and made to order.  If a product is out of stock we will contact you and advise you of the expected delivery time.
